My name is TJ and I am a physics in mathematics tutor living in Towson, MD. I graduate from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics in Fall 2014 and have since been enrolled as a Master's student in Applied Physics. I currently have a 4.0 GPA in the graduate program. I started tutoring pre-calculus and statistics during my junior year of high school. Since then, tutoring has been my favorite source of income. At Towson, I worked in the Academic Achievement Center's Science Tutoring Center for as many as 8 hours a week for six semesters. Through the AAC, I received certification from the College Reading and Learning Association. I have also worked as an in-class Learning Assistant for Towson's introductory level physics courses, performing demonstrations and acting as a personal tutor for the class. In Summer 2015, I received the opportunity to work with talented high school students in Lancaster, PA as part of Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth as a Teaching Assistant in Special Relativity
