I have a BS from Caltech in Engineering and Applied Science and an MS from UC San Diego in Aerospace Engineering.
Experience
I worked as an aerospace engineer in industry for many years and then turned to education. I have experience teaching physics at the university and high school levels, and I have taught conceptual physics through AP physics (AP Physics 1, AP Physics C). Of course, having been an engineer and taught physics, I am also able to help with most math subjects. My hourly rate depends on the specific topics to be covered, but I have entered my typical rate for a non-AP subject. At this time, I'm only offering online tutoring. I enjoy helping students reach their potential!
