Experience
- I used to work in a tutoring program at my university called the Towson Tutors Program where I tutored elementary school students in math, reading, and other classwork/homework. - I also independently tutor in English, writing, and SAT. I edit school essays and writing assignments, as well. - I have tutored students of all ages from very young to college and grad students. - I want to be a tutor because I have a lot of experience in tutoring and believe that it is so rewarding to help others academically and to be the cause of them understanding and learning something that they have trouble with. - I am fluent in both Farsi and French and have advanced communication skills; I was also employed by a freelance interpretation/translation company.

Hobbies
I love working with people, especially when it comes to tutoring because I find it so rewarding. I love reading and believe it is so important for young kids and students to get in the habit of reading, not just for school, but also for enjoyment. I write as much as I can in my free time because it is my number one passion and I aspire to become a published writer and once I earn my doctorate, I plan to teach writing at a university. I also have a passion for linguistics, history, and art.
